Tongues tied down... twisted
Burdened by thought
How can minds so right be so wrong so many times
Stuck in memories
A fragmented existence
Shadows cast on the walls of their psyche
Bodies ready to bleed
Ready to fold
Ready to be freed
Broken, rigid... an untidy perception
Holding them in
Listening through silence
Pain seeping
Hurt weeping
Failing attentions
Heedless of the danger
Just wanting to be loved

And isn't that all that any of us want...
to be loved!
