it's hard to believe that something so warm and tropical looking could be cold, katherine! thanks for sharing your beautiful shots and for being there for me when i've been unavailable to visit and comment...you are such a dear!
This may be a duplicate comment -- but I know not where the first one went in cyber space?
the photos are fantastic It seems I never tire of looking at sunsets, sunrises and rainbows -- each time they appear it is always magically and lights up my world in stand in awe before the beauty of this world.
It is July here in the North West and it is chilly Ugh! but not raining today smile. Have a good week end.
Thank you all for your wonderful comments. I am so sorry I have failed to reply but life has been rather on the busy side the last few months. (Good busy not bad busy!) It is cold here but not like winters over there in America or Canada. The coldest we've reached here in Brisbane is around 4oC but most days it is averages around 10oC- 21oC which is probably considered a rather warmish day over there. But the day I took those photos was particularly windy. I lost my mobile phone that day also...I think it must have been blown right out of my hand and into the Pacific Ocean. Ha ha ha! Thats my theory anyhows!!
it does look beautiful...now go get warm. smiles.
ReplyDeleteIt looks very beautiful. Great shots. I wish I was there to see it.

Hey Katherine, very pretty and I really like the spikes coming out on that first one. Thanks for joining in again.

A cold sunset? And I thought it was always warm there down under! What's your definition of cold?
ReplyDeleteRegardless of temperature, these shots are hot!! Nice ones Katherine.
It sure doesn't look cold. But I guess the glowing sun is deceiving. Nonetheless, they are gorgeous pictures.
