Hiya All! The last 6 months have been such a whirl wind of a time for me that I haven't had a lot of time to do all the things that I love & enjoy doing. Today for the first time in about 6 months I decided to do some baking & it seems it's not something you forget how to do.
I made some Old Fashioned Jam Drops & some yummy Almond Choc Chip Biscuits for Mothers Day on Sunday. And yes, I have already sampled them & I reckon they're a bit of OK!! I was so proud of my efforts after not having baked in such a long while that I decided I should share with you all.
Hope everyone is having a wonderful day .. I know I am!!
Love Katherine xx
