I promised myself I would not do it! But, I did!
I gave into temptation & I am so , so disappointed with myself!
I had a Mars Bar! I haven't had one for ages & for some stupid reason, I wanted one today!
So there I was in the cue at the service station waiting to pay for my fuel. I saw the Mars Bar & the debate within my head began. The debate of for & against, of should I & shouldn't I! Anyone who has battled the bulge, will be able to relate to the battle I speak of.
Well the debate team in the 'For'corner of my head won the battle & subsequently the Mars Bar was purchased & the Mars Bar was eaten. Although I enjoyed it, I felt terribly guilty afterwards.
Somehow I need to strengthen my 'Against' Debate Team & take control of this battle within my head!
I want to be healthy, feel healthy & broaden my horizons in this life & I want this life to be a long one! In order to do that I need to win more debates.
I must start now! Time is a wasting!
