A feeling of calm envelops me in a way that brings peace & contentment as I watch their interaction. Father & son, in conversation, a smooth flowing & normal conversation. No risen voices, no argumentative vibe is present. Of late this has been somewhat of a rarity!
They are different but they are also the same, in many ways! This is not something that either would agree upon but as a constant participant in both their lives I know it to be true.
It made my heart soar!
