I have been asked to say silent.
His family have always been this way. Say nothing & sweep it under the carpet.
Fortunately for me I was not raised this way, my mother taught me that ignorance is never the answer.
To cast your eyes, your mind & your heart away from something, such as this, is wrong.
Communication is the only way. The only answer.
It is also not about who is right & who is wrong. It is about coming together & finding a place of peace.
I have learned that with silence grows contempt. Silence is like bad seed, a seed that lies deep beneath the earths crust waiting to erupt & with it's vine like tenticles, strangle the life out of a beautiful lush tree that has stood strong for many years.
Forgiveness is crucial to life; it frees us from past wrongs & gives us hope for the future.
With hatred in our hearts we can never live our lives as God had designed

ReplyDeleteYou've said a mouth full, forgiveness is crucial to life. It whats starts the healing process and allows us to move on with our lives. Once we are true to ourselves we can do anything.
