FALLING INTO LOVE

She had never felt this way before
It was something altogether new
The feeling was overwhelming & all consuming
Unshiftable
Like the tentacles of a cephlapod this feeling held on tight
She couldn't shake it
It was there to stay
She was falling
She was falling hard & fast for this wonderful young man
It was a bottomless fall
A fall without end
She was floating
Never to touch the ground
He had swept her off her feet
